Information about accommodation and prices
All types of accommodation, available dates, prices, additional services, and terms of stay are clearly stated on the website.
By making a reservation, the user confirms that they are familiar with all the provided information, including the accommodation description, prices, cancellation terms, and house rules.
They also confirm their consent to the publication of photos and videos taken during the vacation, which will be used for promotional purposes.

Reservation and payment
The reservation is considered valid upon email confirmation and payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount, or payment in full.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than February 15, 2026, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is made via bank transfer.

Cancellation and changes
The user has the right to cancel the reservation under the following conditions:

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: a refund of 100% of the amount paid.

• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

• Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: no refund, unless the accommodation is successfully rebooked by another guest.

Guest stay
During their stay, the guest is required to comply with the house rules and the regulations of the accommodation provider.
In case of damage, the guest is responsible for covering the repair costs as assessed by the owner.
